Review the process to request support for data from HR’s Solution team.

To request support from HR Data Solutions, submit questions or requests to HR4U@wustl.edu or call 314-935-HR4U (or 866-232-1482 Fax: 314-362-4923) instead of sending requests to individuals’ WashU emails. By using the main email account, the HR Data Solutions Team will be able to track your request in the case of out of office. Review the best practices for information to include in your request.

Upon receipt of the request, the HR Data Solutions representative will provide an estimated turnaround based on the transaction’s Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Obtain business need/justification and documentation for transaction

Obtain any budgetary approvals and documentation to attach to transaction if needed

Once the review is completed, approvals required outside of Workday are completed and documentation is gathered, place your HR Data Solutions request through the ServiceNow portal.

You will receive a response in email from the HR Solutions Center with a case assignment.

Your HR Data Solutions team member will respond to your case with questions, updates or resolve your case with email updates. You can check the SLA related to your task on our website.

Once your task is completed the case will be closed. You can verify your transaction has been processed by running these Workday reports: RPT2541 Worker Change History and RPT5961 Pre-Payroll Results for Supervisory Organization
