Complete the self evaluation in Workday. You will be assigned a task once this process begins.

- Step 2 – Manager Review of Performance Goals

Once your direct report completes their self-evaluation in Workday, you will be notified to complete your review as a manager. You will receive a task in Workday.

- Step 3 – Manager Evaluation

As you review your direct report’s self-evaluation, you will be asked to review core competencies and their narrative. You must provide feedback and complete the manager component. This includes having a discussion with the direct report.
