Kristi Reasons, cosmetic patient concierge
In her role, Reasons helps patients who are seeking cosmetic or reconstructive procedures feel heard, respected and supported from the very first appointment. She understands that each patient’s concerns are deeply personal and takes pride in helping ease anxieties by listening carefully and answering questions with compassion.
Reasons credits her coworkers for making WashU Medicine feel like home. Many of her colleagues have been with the university for years and the close-knit relationships they’ve built have become like family to her.
“I love that every day is different in my role,” Reasons said. “There is never a dull moment and I love that.”
Outside of work, Reasons enjoys spending time with family, her husband Michael, her daughter Amelia and bonus children Taylor, Michaela and Archer. She also enjoys cooking, working out, movie nights, golfing and swimming.
